Shipping & Delivery
- Your order is delivered in 3 -7 business days. If your
order is being shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states, it
will be shipped best way ground delivery and will arrive
at your shipping address in 3-7 business days. (Saturday,
Sunday and national holidays are not considered business
days for delivery purposes.)
- If your billing address is a PO Box, you must include
your physical address for delivery purposes.
- We do not currently ship outside of the US.
Return Policy
- RepelIT will accept returns for a full refund of the
purchase price on web orders, phone orders and mail orders for damaged or defective
units as well as complete boxes that have not been used
within 30 days of order shipment. Please notify service@deerfortress.com
for a RMA # if you wish to return merchandise accordingly.
Please notify service@deerfortress.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Once the number is received, all product purchased through RepelIT, along with
your order confirmation number, must be returned to the address listed below. For
eligible returns, RepelIT will issue a full refund. Shipping, handling, and sales tax
(if applicable) will be refunded on all eligible returns. Shipping costs for the return
of the product are non-refundable.

Retail purchases of Deer Fortress must be returned to store of purchase and are
subject to the individual retailer's return policy. RepelIT will not accept or
refund purchases made at retail stores.
Claims for refunds will be honored up to 90 days from date of purchase.
RepelIT guarantees the purchase of Deer Fortress products only and is not liable
for any damage, loss, or injury of any kind, whether direct or incidental, which
may arise from the purchase and use of Deer Fortress products.
